1. Acceptance By using Scora, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and f_one, the developer of Scora.
2. What Scora Is Scora is an app developed by f_one for capturing and reflecting on real-world interactions between people. Users create shared interaction records called Passes — a mutual, voluntary log of a real-life meetup, call, or event. Both participants rate the Pass independently. The app does not rate, rank, or score individuals. Your Scora reflects the aggregate quality of your interactions as experienced by both parties — not a judgment of you as a person.
3. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old to use Scora. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. f_one may terminate accounts of users who do not meet this age requirement.
4. Child Safety Standards Scora, developed by f_one, strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAE). Violations result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement. To report a violation: support@scora.life
5. Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Please provide accurate information when registering. Do not use another person's account or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
6. Passes A Pass is a mutual interaction record created voluntarily by one participant and accepted by another. Both participants must independently submit their rating for a Pass to close. Ratings are private until both sides have submitted. Once a Pass is active, each participant may attach photos relating to that Pass. Once a Pass is closed, ratings cannot be edited or deleted, and both participants gain access to a shared Pass Chat where they can exchange messages. Pass Chat messages and photos are visible only to the two participants of that Pass. f_one does not guarantee the fairness or accuracy of any rating and accepts no liability for personal or professional consequences arising from closed Passes. Suspected bad-faith or manipulated Passes can be reported in-app and will be reviewed at f_one's discretion.
7. Your Scora Your Scora is a personal metric calculated from the ratings of your closed Passes. It is a reflection of how your interactions have been experienced by both parties — not an evaluation of you as an individual. Your Scora is visible on your profile and may be visible to other users. f_one reserves the right to adjust the calculation methodology at any time.
8. Prohibited Conduct You may not: harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any user; coordinate with others to manipulate Pass ratings; send abusive, threatening, or sexually explicit content via Pass Chat; attach photos to a Pass that include third parties without their consent; create fake, duplicate, or automated accounts; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure; share your account credentials with others; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
9. Reporting and Moderation You can report any Pass, user, chat message, photo, or other content you believe violates these Terms directly within the app. f_one reviews reports in good faith and reserves the right to remove content, suspend or permanently ban users, and take other action at its discretion. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours.
10. Blocking Users You may block any user at any time from their profile. Blocked users cannot send you Passes, view your profile, or interact with you in the app. Blocking is private — the blocked user is not notified.
11. QR Codes and Profile Links Scora offers multiple ways to start a Pass. Scanning your personal QR code or opening your profile link immediately creates an active Pass between you and the other person — by sharing your QR code or profile link, you are giving consent to start a Pass with anyone who uses it. Scanning a Pass QR code also immediately joins and activates that specific Pass. In-app Pass requests sent directly through the app require your manual confirmation, as you have not pre-authorised the interaction. f_one is not responsible for Passes created as a result of you sharing your QR code or profile link publicly.
12. Account Deletion You may delete your account at any time via Account > Settings > Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data after deletion.
13. Intellectual Property All content, design, and functionality of Scora belong to f_one and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent from f_one.
14. Disclaimer The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use it at your own risk. f_one does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f_one is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to consequences arising from your Scora metric, third-party actions based on your profile, or unauthorised access to your account.
16. Termination f_one may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct determined to be harmful to the app or its users. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
17. Changes to Terms f_one may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Contact If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact f_one at support@scora.life.
